Dead Men Walking

Here I am ... Again!

I promised I would write on a daily basis. To be honest I'm not sure I'll keep my promise. You know how busy we can be especially when the country is doing so great and businesses are experiencing rocketing numbers!

I wish it for everybody though ... But let's be real, we're living the day just to say we're living it. We're dead men walking.

We have always been proud of ourselves - Lebanese - for our love for life. Are they trying to change us? Are they trying to change a whole reputation and a whole history? Well maybe!

Have you been getting bored like I am? I wake up in the morning just because the alarm bothers me. Shower, shave and get dressed just to say that I'm clean. Drive to the office just to say that I'm working. Work just to survive. Drink coffee with friends after work just to say that I have a social life. Sleep at night just to say that I'm really tired of working. Go out during weekends just to get dizzy and forget about my week.

Very interesting, no? Sigh.

I try to give ourselves a boost and say: "We hope and we dream and never expect that something is going to happen to us". Was this what we went to school for? Was this what our parents raised us for? Were years of learning meant just for this life? If yes, then I will know how to raise my children.

Still I'm positive as always. I say: "It's us who make out of our lives something better". I hope and I dream ...

I'm not trying to screw your mood. At the contrary. I'm trying to make you feel better. I'm letting you know that you're not the only person feeling that.

Shall you have any suggestions, please let me know. A boost of moral could be very helpful.

I'm posting this and getting back to making a living, so take care for now.

Well, it's time to play catch up

Hi folks. It's me. Dany. Remember me? No? Well, that's ok.

Many people have started blogging long time ago. And some of these blogs are pretty interesting. Just some. I hope mine would be as much interesting. If not, please feel free to be honest and send me your comments. I promise. I won't be offended.

You are the most welcome to check my blog. Shall you not be, well, what can I say? You're just not. Still the blog won't be treated as a typical diary. I guess from the articles you'll be reading, you'll understand what's going on with me and with my life. In a way!

So, in other words, not only is this blog boring, my dinner companions don't want to hear my thoughts either. Sigh.

BTW, Boll Weevils are socially important. Really. Go learn about them. And I won't have to bore you about them!
